I've got a no. 8 to add to that list of resolutions.
8) Do not be late for church
What kind of excuse do I have to be late since I stayover at Sis' place every Saturday?
None!
Anyway it's funny that I was in a complete different dress code as the rest of the choir members this morning. You should have seen that nearly-horrified look on Daniel's face. haHA!
1-2 years ago I would sneak out of church (after realising everyone's wearing it) to change into 'proper' attire. To conform.
But this morning? Heck! I was already 2 minutes late for mass.
I couldn't help feeling really bad whenever I have to excuse myself into the middle of the FIRST pew (from the front mind you!). It's like, I only have to attend an hour's worth of mass every Sunday for God yet I was incapable of doing so.
Thus, I'm giving myself a mental note to make a point to stop thinking every Sunday morning that the church's next door.
I was suppposed to have trainings at Melville this afternoon however it was cancelled due to miscommunications. So I stayed at sis' place for a few rounds of Prison Break, from wherever we stopped last night.
Nanny took my advice and chopped some bananas, which he's trying to finish, for our little chocolate fondue. Sis melted the milk chocolate she bought from Sydney in their microwave and it tasted like milo even though the bottom part got burnt. It was fun though, watching
Prison Break (I love it!) and eating fondue and holding on to my Indian novel in the other hand.
Church wedding on Saturday morning with my ex-KCchoir girls was marvellous. Singing with them brings me memories and laughters.
Oh yes, I can't wait for the alumni choir to start!
PS: Prison Break DVDs anyone?
