I'm so glad i'm not in JC. Lucky I didn't chose to enter one. Or else, i'll regret and i'll prolly die inside. Just by looking at all my JC friends studying their butts off for their promos already make me feel so stressed for them. Cannot imagine myself in their shoes. eee
1st day of work at Howard's Storage World and it's great, other than the 12 hours of non-stop standing. Everyone there's friendly, with the exception of the angmoh boss. Sarah Tan was so shock when she saw me entering the shop. Never did she expect that the new person working would be me. haha.. Met another 2 guys from TP working there too. Cool! Even though the 12 hours of standing period sucks, im thankful for not being in the F&B sector. I don't want to clear and wash another whatsoever.
Tomorrow i'll start work later cos' of church and i'm contemplating whether to make a ride down to Raffles City's Mango to buy that lovely jacket that i've fallen in love with. Am suppose to wait till i get my pay to buy the jacket but what if by the end of the month, someone snapped it? If that really happens, that someone will save me my 30 bucks but i wouldn't get my jacket. In terms of Opportunity cost (ahem, here comes the econs concept), I can use the money to buy the watch i'm eyeing on too.
So should i make the trip down tomorrow? rushing down to town and then to Parkway within 2 hours?
damn.
Anyway, went to Pacific Coffee Company after work, to help wrap Joanne's present and Salleh and Haikel's working. Salleh treated me to Grande Cookies & Cream Chillino! He hardly treat ex-employees. Kinda missed making cappuccino and other coffee stuffs there.
Used to shun customers who order drinks that's hard to remember like Espresso Con Panna and blah blah (when i was new). Now i'm avoiding customers who enquire about the trollies.
hmm.. so, Mng or not?
